The Spindle wants to set up a community of innovators in development, with potential members being innovation managers of development organisations (members of Partos) and persons with a similar responsibility. The idea is to exchange ideas and experiences, support each other and learn from each other.
That is why on January 16, a small group of innovation managers will come together. To gain new insights, talk about new cooperations or concrete advice from colleagues in similar positions, as well as identify new (funding) opportunities.
Possible topics for discussion:
- How can I embed innovations in my own organisation (commitment of board management, link with regular programmes, allocation of time and budgets, freedom to manoeuvre?)
- How can I scale up (or scale out) innovations?
- How to communicate with donors about processes that have an unknown outcome?
- How to learn from failures?
